You do not need experience, we have put people with all kinds of backgrounds in the rental center business. Our one week training program and ongoing support is all you need to run a successful rental business.
Our Turn Key package is everything you need to open and run a General Rental Center. We have perfected this package since 1976. We customize each package according to individual and location needs which is why we offer a Buy-back agreement on any equipment in the initial package. We do a market analysis, write a very extensive personalized business plan and we go to local banks in your area for you.
The minimum amount to put down varies from person to person based on the equipment package. We recommend your cash investment be between $45,000 and $55,000 depending on your credit rating.
We do not provide financing, however we do prepare your business plan and go to your local banks for your financing needs.
Our business preparation package are the items you need to operate your business beside rental inventory. Some of these items are: Rental Agreements, signs ( inside and outside ), opening advertising, business cards, stationary and much more.
There are many things you can do to increase your revenue, that compliment the rental business. You may want to incorporate one of the major truck and trailer rental companies, do small engine repair and or landscaping services.
